Hey! With Summer vacation being nearly over, I have decided to talk about my favourite summer products ! Summer is always the time that I decide to change my makeup staples. This Summer I have purchased some new products from my favourite drugstore brand Essence, and have tried my first Tanya Burr products.   Essence- I Like Long Lashes Let's start off with the packaging : it's nothing fancy, it's a basic,black, slim mascara bottle with pink letters. The brush of this is really small and so are the hairs on the wand , which makes it perfect to coat every lash. What I love about this mascara is that you can layer it a few times without it getting too clumpy, or give you a spidery effect, and also it provided length and volume without exaggerating. Hey ! A few weeks ago I had discussed ways that a person can control their urges of pulling hair by doing other things. Living with Trichotillomania is horrible when people don't see it as a psychological disorder, and I hear the same things over and over again by anyone who finds out that I pull my hair out. Today I am going to tell you some of the things that I have had enough of hearing ! "Why don't you just stop?" It is extremely hard to explain to people that I CAN'T JUST STOP. Trich is a compulsive disorder and there is no medication to reduce the impulse of pulling hair. It is worse when someone says "just stop," because I don't people realise how extremely hard it is to try to stop. Hey ! It’s that wonderful time of month again when the postman comes bearing a beautiful owlcrate box. This month's theme is Fast Times at YA High. So basically it held items from YA books that occurred in High School.  I had to get this box ever since I found out that it will have an Eleanor and Park inspired piece of jewelry, and as you all should know by now.. I LOVE ELEANOR AND PARK. So I am going to ignore the order on the Spoiler Card and start with the necklace inspired by Eleanor and Park SINCE IT IS THE SOLE REASON THAT I GOT THIS BOX. The necklace was created by OwlCrate and comes in the cutest blue bag. It is basically a small circular pendant with the photo from the book cover in a glass dome, and it also has a small metallic cassette tape. I am sure when I say that we all get Nutella cravings some times  (if you love Chocolate, that is) but for some reason parents think that it is  "unacceptable" to eat Nutella out of the jar. *rolls eyes* Never fear though, I have found the easiest Nutella Brownies recipe ever !!!! And if you have found an easier one, please let me now. Now this recipe is not only easy but it is also quick and have minimal labour outcome (which makes it favorable when you have the cravings and you just want to eat Nutella asap!) For this recipe you will need 1 Cup of Nutella. 2 Eggs 1/2 a cup of plain Flour. Simple ingredients which you will most likely find somewhere in the kitchen. Now on to the method : Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius. Whisk the Nutella and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Hey ! If you know me or if you have read my post a few weeks ago, then you know that I suffer from Trichotillomania and as a result of that I had really thin hair for a few years. However, for the past few years ,since 2013, I have been using a few hair products that have thickened and strengthened hair.  I believe that these have helped me a whole bunch and I do recommend them. Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner I don't like that this is one of the best products that I have used to thicken my hair because Nioxin ISN'T CRUELTY FREE . On to the actual products though, the shampoo lathers up immensely once applied onto the hair, whereas the thick texture of the conditioner simply sits on your hair as a tingly sensation spreads across your head due to the nettle found in the products. Hey ! Last month I was privileged enough to be sent my very first Owl Crate, and after the excitement I felt after getting it,  unboxing it, and discovering this month's theme, my boyfriend decided to order it for me. It's a lucky thing be did because it was so popular that it sold out before I even got the money to order it myself. This month's theme is Good vs Evil, and what made me super duper excited for this is  the fact that you either get a good or  an evil box. When I found out about this, I didn't mind whether or not I got a good box or an evil box because it was clear to me that both of them would be awesome. I was right. The card that comes along with the contents of the box is really cool, displaying a fight between good and evil. When you flip over the card, it starts of by introducing what box you have.
